Team Coaching

The purpose of the team coaching is to get your team to work in an optimised manner. It consists of reflecting the team’s work, the role and the importance of each of the people within a work team: helping to generate identity and cohesion, and identifying the existing relations and patterns.

The team coaching that we propose focuses on deep listening, respectful inquiry and the generation of meaningful conversations. Thus we facilitate the identification of the personal challenges of the team as well as the resources to be able to face them.

The team coaching accompanies a team to understand and where to look in its development (the what for) that can show five areas: (i) the environment in which you move, (ii) the results that you are looking for (what are they? How are they measured?), (iii) the organization of the action-task (meetings, knowledge management, decision-making, distribution of tasks, functions, the team’s roles, leadership), (iv) the relationship (confidence, commitment, conflict, emotions…) and (v) at a deeper level to respond to the dynamics and patterns that generate, favour and in some cases hinder all the above.
