From the visual facilitation and the deployment of different methodologies for work in organizational development, we deployed in (i) a Phase I: the definition of Mission and Vision of EJIE. We define your institutional Values (specifying the concepts, landing the behaviors and prioritizing actions with respect to them). (ii) in a Phase II: we focus on the focus, specification and synthesis of the main challenges for the next 4 years.
