Elay-Visual Facilitation and Graphic Recording

Together with Pilar Kaltzada, we made a visual facilitation and a graphic recording, for Elay and her Strategic Socialization.

Through different moments, the strengths and opportunities were discussed, in addition to the changes to be made both individually and collectively to take advantage of the opportunities and enhance the strengths of the team.

Visual Facilitation provides various tools to help ground the different concepts and reach results, conclusions.
